Neighbors just arrived last weekend . I hopped the fence last evening for a look-see . Pretty stout machine . Thing that really caught my eye was the seat material . Kind of like a semi-sticky denim ? ( for lack of a better term ) Anyone had any experience with this ? Or what it's called ? I'd like to have the Rene's seat done-up like that !

Look into a Quad Tech seat cover Gene. I just checked that out . They look like a very good product but not really into shipping it to California for installation. If I just knew what that material was called , I'd have my bud do it locally . He's top notch too ( even uses Stainless staples ! )

I agree with Tony. QuadTech has a very high quality product. I spent the "long dollar" when I had my Raptor 700R and purchased one (with a hump") and couldn't have been more pleased.
Do you have an image of your neighbor's seat with that tight denim...? okay. that sounded weird.

I remember someone on Can-Am Talk posted something like what I'm looking for but I can't remember the actual name of the material. ( I knew at she point I'd regret removing myself from that site ) HaHa.

You should not have to send your seat out to them in California. If you buy the cover just have your buddy install it.

I'd really like to have him do it custom stitched with maybe the sides of the seat in that sticky stuff & the inner part some kind of "renegade" or Can-Am logo type thing . The guy has a real talent & has done many custom seats for my buddy Vin who runs a custom bike shop . We'll see .....
